Surf Help - Advanced v1.4

-Description-

This is the most advanced surf help plugin out there if there are other plugins. You can learn surfing by reading a text or by watching a video!

-Commands-

Player Command:
/surfhelp - Opens the menu.

Admin Command:
amx_changevideo "Current Video Name"  "New Url/Link" | Attention: Put them with quotes.

-Installation-

Put the .amxx in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins
-Then in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini
You will type( Anywhere under 3rd party plugins )

Lang File: SurfHelp.txt you need to put it in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/data/lang

SurfHelp File: SurfHelp you need to put it in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs

In this case, in the forum, there are plugins to display motds on commands.
