I need a bone on how to fix this bug. The scavenge gas cans don't spawn unless I manually spawn them. Maximum gas cans are set to 16 unless I manually set it. But the moment I pour a single gas can the round ends immediately.

I tried setting the maximum gas cans with both:

  Member: m_nScavengeItemsRemaining (offset 1144) (type integer) (bits 32) ()
  Member: m_nScavengeItemsGoal (offset 1148) (type integer) (bits 32) ()
