Can someone write a script that does the same as a point_clientcommand?

I want everyone on my server to use 'cl_new_impact_effects 1' without having to edit all the maps to add a point_clientcommand entity.

How many posts does it take to get this through people's heads.
YOU CANNOT CHANGE CLIENT SIDED CVARS.

You can check it, and kick them if the value is incorrect, and in the kick message, tell them to change it before coming back - but that might make people mad

I don't think that the server can actually change any client-side cvars. The server can only run a small list of whitelisted commands on the client, most of which can be done with FakeClientCommand anyway.

If I recall correctly, the only useful whitelisted commands that can't be done with FakeClientCommand are retry, thirdperson, and firstperson (the latter two made useless by DarthNinja's thirdperson plugin).

Well, point_clientcommand is also mentioned on that page, but I think I mentioned I had doubts that it'd work.
