Problem with steam & non steam servers

I observed that on most servers steam & NonSteam is a little problem with the avatar when you press TAB on server , and when you write STATUS in console i don't see steam id number it's something with valve lan.

If i restart server it works like 1-2-3days and after this i get back this bug .

Make your server steam only.
