I'm sorry, do I need to modify "l4d_customize_transition_entities.cfg" before running the plugin?

I spawn some melee weapons and drop them on the ground in saferoom,
after map transition, they all turn into hunter hand model (Except the melee I hold)

After the latest l4d update on 1 may 2024 which fixes some exploits, when this plugin is used together with l4DHooks Direct, it hangs on transition. However when I disable l4d_customize_transition_entities, (and keep l4dhooks direct operational), server will transition to new level.
