Is anyone having a problem with delays to appear the knife and the chosen skins?

I am using MySQL and I am having this problem, however I use MySQL in Gloves, Levels Ranks, SourceBans ++ and other plugins and in none of them I have this delay.

I have problem installing this and always getting this.

But where do I download this ext file? In the files I have downloaded from first page, I cannot find any PTaH.exe files -.-

The plugin !gloves is working fine the !ws in working ok as well but every time i change the map it will go back to the normal skin that the user has.How can i fix that?Thx

Check that you have configured the database.cfg correctly.
