DESCRIPTION:-
This plugin obtains the time from which a player is playing and his kills and decides whether the player is average, good, unreal, or noob.

CVARS:-
skill_show : shows a message in the chat saying about the plugin
skill_show_hudmsg : shows a HUD message about the plugin.

INSTALLATION:-
copy the amxx file into plugins folder and register into plugins.ini
OR
compile the source and copy skill_calculator.amxx from the folder "compiled" and paste it into plugins folder the register into plugins.ini

USAGE:-
say /skill to show your current skill in the chats
