HLStatsX not working in-game after install [NFO Server]

So I recently updated my server to include HLStatsX. The stats website works fine, but it does not in-game. I installed it using NFO's autoinstaller on the cpanel. When I check the sourcemod logs, I get this:

I know someone who runs another server who also rents from nuclear fallout who has the same metamod/sourcemod version as mine, yet his plugin works in-game. Any idea what might be causing this?

Well... What version do you have?

Also just give us a print out of your plugins, extensions, and etc.

Which HLStatsX are you using?

Ask your host for support. They run kernels and setups on different machines which make it harder to troubleshoot from outside.

It's a little bit irrelevant for your HLStats error though, but:

You should remember to update the included plugins whenever you update SourceMod, here you are running very ancient 1.4 plugins on your 1.7.3-dev..

I'm guessing you don't have ftp access.. not that hlstats is "easy" to get working either way. Either way, send them a ticket and I am sure they will help

What's the output of meta version and sm version ?
