Updated to new-syntax and SM 1.11, but should work on SM 1.10.

It doesn't deal damage, but if an incapacitated survivor is shoved, it will deal 12 damage instead of shoving.

Only for players. Bots are disallowed from picking up guns.

But the checks can be removed from editing the plugin source code and forcing a gun onto a Tank bot is possible.
Just never tested yet.
