hlss blocking (if possible)

i would like a plugin to stop hlss from being used cause it is being abused in my clans server and the rcon commands for sound are all the way up and the 56kers and the people with slow computers are lagging because of it

u could download the voiceban plugin, it allows u to ban a certain user from using the voicecom
