I joined a server that was heavily modded and one thing it did, which I liked, and haven't been able to find, is it made a chat message when friendly fire happened saying something like: "Player 1 did X friendly fire damage to Player 2". My guess is that this was simply part of a bigger mod, but I was wondering if anyone knew if this existed as an individual mod. The server I saw it on was in a versus match, but it would also be nice to see in campaign mode, particularly for those players going for the Safety First achievement.
