Installation:

1. Install the plugin normally (.amxx in plugins, plugin name in plugins.ini)
2. Restart server or change map
3. Set the cvar in the amxx.cfg
4. Set the cvar in the server (amx_cvar, amx_rcon, etc.)
5. Restart server or change map

Changelog:

- Changed command to cvar and sets limits on map start.
