I too am hosting a Windows Dedicated TF2 server and the text works, but not the sounds.


By default there is no \sound founder.

I have placed the sound folder in tf\sound folder but still no audio.

O_O.. did you downloaded to sound files for only CSGO?

and checked downloaded sound files?

Im having the same problem. Please update because i got it working in source but it wont in GO and i loved it in source.

Also making every file letter lowercase helps as well. Apparently source servers dont read uppercase. As well as the fastDL server.

TF2 Tells me that there is no such files in disk. While they are resting on my PC,server and fastdl server. Author logged in last september so dont wait for a fix

When i set it up in css:go the plugin works fine, but the sounds will not download or not play what is the fail ?

CSGO Not working?

Does not download the sounds from the server to the client for me (CS:GO), have followed installation instructions, upload/download are set to 1 and pure is 0. Any help would be appreciated.

i used the csgo sounds and it shows the ingame messages but no audio
