[TF2] My ban list is empty

Hello.

If I enter a command like banid <minutes> <uniqueid> kick, the user will be banned, but record about his ban will not saved. I tried to search for the /cfg/banned_user.cfg and /cfg/banned_ip.cfg, but both files are empty. There are records only if I use the sm ban command. Also I use LAC to ban cheaters, but I can't get the list of players banned because of that and also I can't be sure if player got banned or not. Can you help me?

banned_user.cfg and banned_ip.config only store permanent bans, not temporary bans.
