I think he wanted to say: He has some plugin and a menu, and he want's that if you select etc. "1" then do the actions from the other plugin, right? And I think that the best option is to make a var that you can set from other plugins and then make the code that makes that var true and a check in plugin if it's true, then do the actions in the plugin, sorry if my English is bad and you didn't understand what I said...

Umm you know like in a menu ,
