NEED HELP URGENT! How To Turn It Off??? :S

Hi M new to this server creating thing. Well I didn't install da mod manually I downloaded a non-steam HLDS for cs 1.6 and it was modded already Now I want to turn da mod off cuz its causeing lag I have tried to turn da mod off but I can't!

I tried "amx_off", "amx_pause", "pauseallplugins", "pause_all_plugins" from the HLDS console but nothing happens!! :S

Now I think its metamod cuz in "E:\HLDS\cstrike\addons" it has 3 folders "adminmod" "metamod" and "statsme".

Please Respond Quick I need help!!! :S

Try downloading using the hldsupdatetool and then come back.
