Ok. Let me explain my problem in full.
My provider uses ArborNetworks for anti-ddos protection (this is releveant, please keep that in mind).
So, whenever my service gets DDoSed, their anti ddos kicks in, and for some odd reason, the connection to workshop is cut. Something to do with TCP SYN packets. Doesn't actually matter.
Which means, I cant switch workshop maps, the server will just stay at its current map.
What I did was then move all of the .bsd files out of the workshop folder (each map), to csgo/maps
Then I synced my FastDL.
I started my server on one map, but now when I do !map partofmapname
It just says this in console:
The map is never actually changed.
RTV and mapvote after game ending doesnt work either.
Any ideas? Any help is <3
