I know which plugins I disabled, and I move them based on where they should be (i.e. when I had SourceBans I moved basebans.smx to disabled).

i'm using plugins from his signature too i.e. machooser extended cause good features and good support. this one is working really good. go and like it too then ur problem is solved. many ppl are not using the stock mapchooser so they moved some stock plugins to disabled-folder i think.

Or sm base mapchooser is already in disabled folder when install SM.
Users can't find it and come here to ask new one.

You haven't included the error message, it's the couple of lines above that.

Sounds like you're missing language files, I suggest overwriting the translations folder.
