I face the following error on sm extensions:

 
 <FAILED> file "smrcon.ext.so": /home/XXX/gameserver/XXXX/css/css/cstrike/addons/sourcemod/extensions/smrcon.ext.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I think it's due to SMAC rcon locker calling this extension.

1. Does sm rcon locker call that extension?
2. Does sm rcon locker work without this extension (apart from ip whitelist feature)?

Yes, apart from the whitelist features, it will work without the extension. It will protect against rcon_password changes.
