hey when i see the amx plugin code for the colored text the code is ^x03
or something like that , but there is a way u can do it without that amxx plugin , if i put that in console it wont wok anyone knows how?

^x03 isn't a valid Half-Life console command. I don't believe there is a way to directly change it in the console.

You can't output color messages to the console. The console is one color only
