Where are users' XP stored?

I've been looking up and down the forum but can't find something to tell me where to find a list of users who have XP saved. I keep hearing something about a vault.ini file but I can not find one in the folder.

with amx, it is located in the amx folder, with amxx, I think it is in the amxmodx/data folder

amx98: addons/amx/vault.ini

amx: addons/amx/config/vault.ini

amxmodx: addons/amxmodx/data/vault.ini
