Hi everybody,

In the last few days I decided to translate some of the plugins in my server.
Since my language is Brazilian Portuguese, I had some trouble with special characters, since they weren't showing up correctly on the server.
I took my time to search for a solution to the problem and I found out that I need to use UTF8 codes instead of the special characters so they could work on the server.

Soooo... I had no idea how to use UTF8 codes! I didn't even know they existed (yes, I'm a noob)!
I tried to find some kind of tutorials on the internet but they were too complicated.
So I searched for a converter to do the job for me. It was really hard to find one. Most of them were Java or Linux related.

Anyway, I finally found one for Windows and I decided to post it here, just in case somebody needed it.
You don't need to install anything on your computer. Just open the software and type the phrases that you need to code for.
This software really helped me and I know some people will need it in the future.
I translated 5 plugins in one single day.

This software support other languages too, I suppose.
So feel free to use Chinese, Japonese, German, whatever.

Sorry if someone else posted this already. I didn't know.
You can download the software below.

Thanks for reading.

As a matter of fact, the best suitable saving format is "UTF-8 NO BOM", which is the default format of SourceMod's language file.

For reference to "BOM - Byte-Order Mark", you can check the information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte-order_mark. Then you will understand why we choose "UTF-8 NO BOM". And you can make "UTF-8 NO BOM" file with freeware Notepad ++.
