@Carrion, i won't suggest doing it that way, as bugsy mentioned before. Gave you an idea on how to do it easy and keep it simple.

Carrion, it makes no sense to repeatedly modify users.ini for a player to have temporary flags. The plugin can handle these flags during run-time. Only your full-time admins should be in users.ini. Provide a valid reason why you want users.ini to be updated each time a change is needed. I'll wait.

and after stats reset VIPs and admins will lost access, so i prefer use this method

is stuff what i want... but with bad knowledge i can`t understend how to use here

We understand what you are insisting on. But explain why you must interact with the users.ini file when the flags can be handled in a cleaner way.

coz keep awarded users always with award which he got once and deserve it, look if i`m plying on server i maked 5000 kills i awarded with admin and after 1 month when stats reseted i`ll lost my admin... ill never join to that server ..

Ok, so how about you continue to write those to your users.ini since you want them to keep flags forever. But your other users, let the plugin issue flags.
