my hoster got that:

2 x e5 2690 v2
128gb
4 x 900gb SAS

I guess he can run about 20 server's 128 tickrate?

I always have a problem with his game servers maybe that because of his server too weak?

he have more than 20 game servers running on his dedicated server

That CPU has 10 cores? I would run 10 servers on it. One on each core.
He probably has HT on and has one server on each thread.

Also depends on how many slots the server has. I wouldnt run more than maybe 16 or 18 slots on that CPU.

Thats server have 10 physical cores and 20 logical cores

But, still need more info about the gameservers. How many slots?
