if hfd_maxheal 500 = player can pick up healthkits till get 500 HP
and if hfd_maxheal 50 = player who have less HP than 50, can pick healhtkits. And will heal maximum 50

hfd_heal "15 , 100" = healthkits give heal random between 15HP and 100HP
