The process of "compiling" means taking source code to binary format which means going from a .sma file to a .amxx file. Not the other way around.

.amxx is like a box which you cannot open!

Pros can open it a bit but they will not see everything in the box.

If you tell us what do you want to achieve, maybe we can tell you other ways.

.amxx files contains the output of compiled and .sma
with the correct tools and procedures, there's a way to modify the contents so tell us what you really need to do.
