Plugin not being able to connect to MySQL server doesn't crash server it just makes plugin don't work.

You wroung he crached the server and when i disabled it, the server work and i need a solution why it not able to connect and it work fine before 1 day

Oh I just noticed my server has the same issue from the same host provider. I just wrote them a letter with an explanation, I feel like there's an issue on their end cause I didn't change any connection info either.

So here's what happened. Your server IP got blocked from connecting to MySQL. You need to write a letter to your MySQL server provider and tell them to unblock your server ip.

P.S. Change your location, you are not from Lithuania, it triggers me.

If your MySQL server is located in the same VPS, use localhost or 127.0.0.1.
If you are sure the login infos are correct, and your MySQL server is located on another VPS, use this (http://phpmyadmin.co/) to check if you can login from another server to it.
