Hello, according to the GNU documentation, we are obliged to include in the package, the source code (in case of sale of private plugins).

OK, but who guarantees that the person you buy will not resell my project? How can I be sure that this individual is not going to take advantage of the project and take all the credit for himself. Well, I think that GNU is not taking into account the lazy people and idiots who pirate ion.

If you care about him claiming he did the work:

• GPLv3 section 4 says if you don't modify the work, you have to keep all copyright notices intact. So he can't remove "(c) 2017 Crazy" that should be part of the copyright notice at the top of your source files with the GPL notice.
• GPLv3 section 5 says if he modifies it, he needs to add a notice of his own.
• GPLv3 section 7 says you can add an additional term stating attribution/authorship notices can't be removed from the work.

If you care about him redistributing your code, then you're out of luck. One of the purposes of the GPL is to allow redistribution. If you don't want people to be able to redistribute work based on AlliedModders projects, then don't distribute it in the first place. The GPL forbids adding additional restrictions beyond the optional ones listed in GPLv3's section 7.

I had same problem for a while. The only thing I can say is, If you need money, you have to sell with source codes.

But hey? On the positive side, you could also move on and be happy?
The fact that they had to steal code from you just means that they couldn't do anything better than yours on their own.

I think, DONT SELL PRIVATE PLUGINS. Keep your things 100% private. Don't trust anyone (not even family, best friend, etc.)
