Steamcmd / csgoserver / csgo / sound / ctwin
and
Steamcmd / csgoserver / csgo / sound / trwin
But when I enter the server and give the refresh command, it says that the sounds were loaded. what did I do wrong?

I remove "storage-local" from databases.cfg - can it be a reason?

with "storage-local" server does not start.
