Ok, don't get me wrong, and maybe it's a stupid question. Why not run an eggdrop bot with the qstat script? You can do exactly the same, and even more. If this script had more features, it would be very interrested, but now it doesn't do any different then other programs.

Yeah , like if someone say's "!cheater Myg0t" in the server that it would be said in the irc channel with the cheater/reporter steam id's , that would be very nice :-)

a bit offtopic
you can achieve the same output when using eggdrop with qstat - but then you need to have eggdrop, but you can use it on any game server (it just queries server status over the net), and it will not require amx on server, because it is compltely different approach

You could, but you could never extend an eggdrop to do what this plugin potentialy can do (and vice verse)

If this script had more features, it would be very interrested, but now it doesn't do any different then other programs.

There are already plugins with alot of features similar to this one. This one however, does not spam channels with event related data.

This is intended for small clan channels who operate a dedicated server, so that people can quickly check if anyone is online without having to fire up cs.

Also, since its small - its more easy to adept and modify, for those server administrators who have basic knowlege in pawn.

I have add this nice plugin. But the bot does't want to join the channel. Here is my ircbot.ini:

I'm having the exact same problem as described in the post above. HLDS just shows '[IRC] Disconnected' and though I know that means the client closed the connection, I have no idea what's necessary to fix it.

I've tried different ports and direct connects (Gigenet.IL.US.Gamesurge.net instead of irc.gamesurge.net) to no avail.
