Because 1.7.2 version is deprecated and wont be fixed anymore. It will be changed by 2.0 version.
Probably you talking about 1.7.2 version, so the only thing you can do is just wait for final 2.0.

Beta update for 1.9.1 will be aproximetly after month. +- one week.

Hmm, i will wait for the new version, but until the moment when it will be released, do you have any idea about my problem? I use 1.7.2

Wrong. It should be UTF8 without BOM.
ANSI would ruin some languages.
