Well that being said, would there possibly be a way to have it "redirected" to the clients.txt file for admins on Mani Admin? Or would I have to just add everyone manually to the admin list for sourcemod? It would be cool to see a mod such as this become integrated with mani admin

For now, yes. You might suggest some kind of converter that takes your mani admin list and turns it into something that Sourcemod can read

It's not my plugins place to read in admins. That would go out of the scope of the script. You could write a different script to import them for you, but I am not going to do it. Or you could just do it by hand, its not that hard. Personally we have a mySQL database on the server that we pick up all our admins from.

With out talking too much, Mani is overdue to be deprecated by sourcemod anyway.

How is Mani overdue and depreciated, it works great in all the source games

Mani has been on his website about twice in the last 6 months.

The SM developers are here all the time...

Just because they are here all the time doesnt mean that Mani isn't developing anymore, see some people have these things called LIVES where they go out and do stuff and are not tethered to their computer all the time.
