Teleport stuck fix

Description:
Auto-enable noblock for players that are stucked by teleport

Requirements:

• DHooks extension

The plugin has nothing to configure just drag & drop!

The plugin author should use SDKHook_ShouldCollide instead of change "m_CollisionGroup" for prevent that issue.

Seems to be that setting collision group is best way after teleporting player
if physics break down again try to enable or disable sv_turbophysics cvar
