This is all I have, daily (because I run a daily server restarting crontab):

I've got sourcebans.phrases.txt in tf/addons/sourcemod/translations.

I've also got sourcebans.cfg in tf/addons/sourcemod/configs/sourcebans.

Everything is set up properly.

There are no sourcebans related errors in my error log. This problem started last week when I did not change ANYTHING related to sourcebans

I also copied over a brand new sourcebans.smx to the server last night with 0 change.

Clearly this is an issue if multiple different server owners are experiencing the same issue with fully updated plugins...

Is anyone having this issue not running SourceBans in place of SM's own basebans.smx plugin?

I've walked 2 people through this in the #sourcebans IRC channel and 1 more in #sourcemod since my previous post, every one had exactly these symptoms and the fix was to update the plugin as I mentioned previously.
Unless someone bothers to follow psychonic's instructions in post #5, we're assuming this to be a SourceBans issue.
