so i want mic spammers to be abel to micspam but when they do it say errro

I have cvars set so they can

sv_allow_voice_from_file 1
sv_use_steam_voice 0

please can u help?

Since it looks like theres a spelling error, it could possibly be a plugin. List your plugins.
