Hey guys. before i contact my webhost i wanna make sure it is there fault it does not work.

okey let me explane whats wrong, well my sourcebans works very fine.
but when i press servers and i wanna kick/ban someone if they are online its says thats he lefted but he's still online.

one more example, if i add a ban via sourcebans and if the player are online.
he wont be kicked, its says player not found.

well its not a big problem, but i want it solved, thanks.

Well, we would need much more information in order to try to assist you:

- What game(s) does this happen on?
- What version of SourceBans?
- How long is it since installed SourceBans?
- From where did you download your copy?

As everything besides the kicking sounds to work fine form your post, I would assume it is not related to your hosting provider at all. But without more information, it will be hard to determine where the problem is.

- Counter strike-Global offensive
- Latest release: 1.4.11
- Sinse i installed it, i did install it at jan-feb.
- i did download it from sourcebans homepage.

1.4.11 was released in the end of February 2014.

There have been a few fixes since then. I would give the zip at this link (direct link) a try.

When done, please let us know the result.

There is a parse error for CS:GO in 1.4.11, please use the GitHub link to download the latest 1.4.11

Well, if you want the things fixed that have been added after the time where the version you downloaded was released, then you should:

a) reinstall it using the download link including these fixes
b) perform the fixes manually on your own
