hi I got sourcebans 1.4.11 and thought everything is set up correctly but when I tried a test ban in game the ban worked but it did not print to the banlist on my site.
server is hosted by multiplay
webhosting and the mysql is also hosted by multiplay
I also tried to ban through the webpanel but got a message "the player is currently not on the server" but they were on the server.
not sure what I need to do to get it to work.
I have tried looking for a sourcebans error log to see if that has anything in it but I can't find one, I am using multiplays clanforge.
