There's no "fixing" it. The problems in the code aren't as simple as changing a 1 to a 0 and everything works. You have removed key parts of the code, I can't make out what to replace it with because I don't understand the reasoning behind your decisions.

So...
#1: Give me the original code. I need it as a reference.
#2: Tell me why you have changed it. What were you trying to achieve by editing the code?
#3: I'll see what I can do.

I doubt someone else will help you with this so don't waste this opportunity.

wm_play.inc, the most stupid include file I've ever seen in my life...
The genious "Wilian Maique" even put his name in it as a define named AUTHOR which interferes with the AUTHOR-define in the plugin. Mind-blowing level of stupidity.

I don't really see a point of trying to fix this ancient plugin. The entire code is trash according to nowadays coding standards. I gave him a new plugin that does the same job but 100 times better. Encouraging people to use something like this is not a good idea.
