argh..... didnt work.. i forgot to tell im running the server on lan to test it 110% before ill set it online... and my hdd/dir looks like this:
"V:\VALVe Servers\srcds\hl2mp\!commands\motd.htm" and i tryed:

If I am not mistaken, 10.0.0.4 is a LOCAL IP address. What is your server's actual IP? If I can get that I will attempt to give you the correct URL.

it IS lan... because im running the server on lan and testing it 100% before i send it online thats 1 of the reasons why i want the plugin th read like this /folder/folder/file and not with a ip/drive-leter.. and with a drive leter or ip so if you move the ser to an other location so the link brakes -.-
thats why i want the plugin to read like i say please?!

This isn't the fault of the plugin. You can't http:// to any of those addresses. Check the links in your browser.

I don't think you can http:// to very many game servers TBH.

10.0.0.4 is a LOCAL IP address. that is why we cannot see them, but in some cases game server to game server on the same hosting company it is possible to call for another file off a game server as long as you know its internal ip.
