I'm glad you are updating it!
I didn't check the new version, but it seems that every time you type !gangs the var goes up for a second.
I noticed that when you are requested to type on the chat the gang name, after typing, nothing shows up for some seconds, I think the players tried to enter the same name again and again, that's why it duplicated. Since there is this delay (I don't know if you did that already, I'll check it later) it would be nice to have a message to inform the player the gang is being created and he should wait, meanwhile "disable" the chat.
By disable I mean, you can use a true or false var. When the user is requested you enable, after he types you verify that everything is according and ready to save, before sending the request you disable the var to avoid double requests if the user enters twice (:.
Maybe somethings you could add based on the others feedback:
- Buy Gang Tag (Clan tag with the name of the gang)
- Increase or decrease max upgrades for each perk (Decrease how many slots you want them to buy for example, or how many life upgrades)
- After each upgrade, the next one costs x% more expensive and/or could be more rewarding.
