You need to have someone outside of your network try and see if one of them works. I've had issues in the past where it wouldn't let me access my external IP because I was behind the router that was given that IP.

If you can't get the IP method working then it won't work with a domain . . . A domain essentially allows you to use letters in place of numbers. The IP is still used by the 'system'.

Ports are important. If you don't have the correct ports forwarded, how does the request get to the webserver?

I think you got it wrong.I forwarded the cs16 server ports, the server works fine.I'm not sure which are the ports needed for a XAMPP web server.

I think I got it right. You just said so in your second sentence. It will depend on what ports you have it configured for. Default is 80 for unsecured webservers but you aren't using 80 based on your previous posts (showing port 1234).

Edit :I already forwarded port 1234 for ip 192.168.2.4, so that's not the problem.

I belive I actually did that.I'm so confused ...

I think I did everything by the book.

Take into consideration that I tried an working downloadurl and put it in server.cfg and got the same errors and downloaded slowly.
