Before that, perhaps you should give us some details :
1. Game
2. SM version
3. List of plugins
4. When does this happen usually

1. CSGO
2. Latest build, updated yesterday
3. Will paste to people who add me on steam to resolve this issue.
4. Randomly, completely random. Sometimes will not experience the lag for hours and hours and then out of nowhere.. crash.
