For some reason my server rubber bands. CPU usage looks fine, temps are fine, obviously its LAN so ping is fine. I have no clue what might be wrong.

I have Sourcemod, Metamod and KZ Timer installed. Server config looks like this:

Could be that you're hosting local, have you tried running it off a server?
