Fast-DL not working on specific server

I setup a Fast download on my cs 1.6 server, and it's working.
But it's working for everybody else, except me.
Any idea why?
the fast dl working for me on other servers.
I tried to restart steam/pc/server

Where is the fast download server physically hosted relative to you? Where is the game server hosted relative to you?

The gamer server is located in my country.
The Fast dl isn't, and it's pretty far.
But for my friends it's working just fine. (friends from my country/not).

Ok, I was just trying to determine if your game server and/or fast download was being hosted in the same location that you're playing from. I've seen issues in the past when trying to access the external IP when both the client and the fast download/game server are also on the same LAN.

Are you able to browse to your fast download server with your web browser? You should be able to download files directly via your browser (and possibly see the files if the server doesn't hid them). If you don't see a file list, you'll need to put in a full path to a specific file to test it.

I found out something weird.
I can't access the fast dl site directly from my browser, unless I use a VPN (Connecting to a server in my country).
So there's something that blocking me from reaching the site, thus the fast dl not working for me in-game.
How can I figure out if it's my ISP/router/pc etc?
