[L4D1] Is it possible for L4D1 Sourcemod To Have Melee Weapons?

I saw someone in l4d1 restore a cut melee weapon in l4d1 and I was thinking if it is possible to make custom melee weapons in l4d1 with sourcemod? Idk if the person who did it used sourcemod but I'm sure it is? Is it possible? Thanks!

I'm sure it's entirely possible to get this working.
But is anybody gonna do it? Highly unlikely, unfortunately.

Even if somebody does do it (if anybody it'll probably be Cuba), they most likely won't make it public.
