Have you tried support with the plugin author? I believe he is still providing support, if there is something in the plugin he already marks it as a bug and fixes it in the next versions.

Thank you for your suggestion. I haven't tried reaching out to the plugin author yet, but based on your feedback, it seems like a good idea. I will definitely give it a try. Thank you.
