[ANY] Ignore List (Not tested outside of TF2)

Description:

• This plugin allows users to type !ignore @target/username to block their chat and voice.
  
  Not specifying a target will bring up a menu listing all players and their ignore status.
  
  To unignore someone, use the !unignore command.
  
  Also includes sm_block / sm_unblock, which do the same thing.
  
  Players can target anyone except for people with the Slay admin flag. If you want to change the flag(s), you'll need to recompile the plugin.
  
  I have also included a new version of allchat so *DEAD* and *SPEC* chat cannot bypass this setting.
  If you don't want to use allchat, be sure to remove it from addons/sourcemod/plugins in the ignore.zip provided.

Convars:

• None! However, allchat has the same cvars as its previous version.

Installation:

• Make sure you have Sourcemod.
• Download and install the Simple Chat Processor (REQUIRED)
• Download ignore.zip below.
• Extract here in tf/ (the addons folder should match up with your existing one)
• The contents of the scripting folder are only needed for programmers.

Is it tested for not working in those games?

Suggestions for next version:

- A menu to select players to ignore, unignore, etc.

- Be able to check which players you've ignored.

- Have ignored players saved in a database such as clientprefs, so relogging doesn't take off the ignoring.

- Be able to set the flag in which players cannot mute without having to recompile the plugin.

- Make it so admins of higher immunity can ignore admins of lower immunity, or admins of any immunity can ignore other admins.

Overall, this is a great plugin and I havn't seen that many other ones like it. I originally used one called SelfMute, but it lacked self-gagging of players and storing gagged and muted players in some way as well. It does, however, have a menu.

Added some of those to the TODO. I personally disagree with a community in which admins can ignore each other however. If you mean to make it so admins can ignore donors, set a flag so that only actual admins cannot be ignored while donors still can be (once that feature is added).

example: I'll ignore player 'abc123' now and when he write my name in chat like 'newbie you are there?' there will see a chat message.

most people don't know how to work it. it took me ages to learn it and some people just prefer commands.

Esc -> Mute prevents both text and audio from a client. This plugin lets you choose how you want to ignore them.
