Isn't it possible to put escaped quote signs around the reason?
Code:
"cmd"        "sm_warn #1 \"ofensive nickname\""

These days i'm really out of time. Work, another valve update, driving exams... I'll start creating new version as soon as i find some time. Sorry for inactivity.

Hi!

It is a very nice idea, and looks like a neat system!

The only problem i see, is that the ban for sourcebans would be "console", that would not fit in out policy of bans.

Is it possible to change something, so it would be the admin name (the one who warns, or at least give the final warning), that would be used to make the ban?

I created a custom menu in adminmenu_custom.txt like the following:

Code:
"Warnings"
{
        "Ofensive nickname"
        {
            "cmd"        "sm_warn #1 ofensive nickname"
            "execute"    "server"
            "1"
                {
                "type"         "teamplayer"
                "method"    "name"
                "title"        "Player:"
            }
        }
}
and what happens is that in the reason it only appears 'ofensive' because of the space.
So please consider creating a menu with a customisable list of reasons that wont have this problem.
The same happens in the sourcebans reason.

Please fix this. This plugin will be very useful
Here is my code for adminmenu_custom.txt

Code:
    "Warn Player"
    {
      "cmd"           "sm_warn #1 #2"
      "admin"         "sm_slay"
      "execute"       "player"
      "1"
        {
        "type"   "player"
        "method" "name"
        "title"  "Player"
        }
      "2"
        {
        "type"  "list"
        "title" "Reason"
        "1"     "Don't Camp"
        "2"     "Don't Spam"
        "3"     "Bad Language"
        "4"     "Ignoring Admins"
        "5"     "No whining"
        "6"     "Inappropriate Spray"
        }
    }

Nice idea, i will test it later. It would be nice, if it works better with sourcebans.

I'm curently working on the newest 1.0a version. There'll be a lot of changes, including
• translation files
• admin menu integration (customs reasons, fully support).
• more punishments.
• ability to punish player every warn(Slap, freeze, kick, message). Also, one of you offered adding chat "Agree" function, which will unfreeze client, after he red warn.
• SQLite support.
• Warn sound, to announce client, that he received a warning.
• Reasons storage in MySQL.
• Custom ban reasons in admin menu
• Possible bug fixes.
• Final warning ADMIN name in SourceBans.

Also, I'd like to hear further information on Request:
Quote:
Could we integrate the bans in Sourcebans?
Becouse, i can't think what do you want me to do.

I'll add this function.

Thx for supporting.

You could also add the ability to open a webpage with sm_browse on the client to rules if they break the rules with a number of warnings automatically and puts them in time out another few warnings, etc.
