I need plugin that do when someone in lr so the other ct cant damage the terror(only in lr)

I'm assuming you are using Hosties. I think this CVAR might work - sm_hosties_lr_p_killed_action.
Set it to 0.

sm_hosties_lr_p_killed_action 0

Use this with the plugin above.
