Step Install CS: Source problem

I have a prolem witch install cs source game witch my dedicated server - linux ;(

this is my problem:

remove -retry, and did you do the command that came before that step in which you only needed to type ./steam, you could also try my script down below, upload the file inside a new folder just to be sure, and chmod 766 the file, and then execute it then it should handle everything for you.

also use this command instead, because i think -verify_all is conflicting with the fact are not even present yet.
./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .

ok i do it, but now i need start script server, this my, create me new server every restart ;/ pls get me start script
